CREATING POSITIVE COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS
Sundalah Events
Sundalah Events have been an open arms approach for sharing healthy lifestyle and supportive community connections since 2008.
Developed and managed by Jasmine Healy-Pagán, we have celebrated 16 years of large community events including Sundalah Sunday, International Day or Peace, World Yoga Day, Rise Shine Radiate, EPIC Birthday Celebrations with the unforgettable Sundalah PoP UP Band!!
Through our first decade all proceeds ($30,000) supported local Not For Profits including sponsorship of Yoga Tools For Schools Inc. (2011 -2018) – empowering educators and students with wellbeing tools to enhance self-care, improve focus, engagement and self-regulation.
Since 2019 we have continued to share a range of Sundalah Socials to share local health, wisdom and inspirational connections.
We hope to see you soon!

We LOVED sharing our
CommUNITY Wellness Festival
‘Townsville’s first two-week Wellness Festival brought people together with a wealth of classes, workshops, talks and events at seaside, city and suburban locations.
Thank you to our wonderful Sundalah CommUNITY Members for giving their energy and expertise in support of others.
‘Congrats on the success of your Festival! Wow! So much on offer! So many activities and variety! So many local businesses and services to explore!! ** AND ** the Party and Pop Up Band!! OMG!! Thank you for your HUGE effort!!’ ~ Alice.
Sundalah Sangha
Sangha (pronounced Sunga) is a Sanskrit word which means ‘bring together’ and refers to a community of friends gathering to share positive connections in supportive and meaningful ways.
“A beautiful way to spend a Sunday! I feel lighter and recharged. The teachers did such a fantastic job! Thank you for this day! “ ~ Lizzy
The essence of a sangha is awareness, understanding, acceptance, harmony and love.
~ Thich Nhat Hanh
