CREATING POSITIVE COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS
Sundalah Events
Sundalah Events have been an open arms approach for sharing positive community connections since 2008.
Developed and managed by Jasmine Healy-Pagán, our community has celebrated many years of large open events including, 13 Sundalah Sundays, 7 International Peace Day events and signature annual events like World Yoga Day, Rise Shine Radiate, and of course the epic and super funky 70s Party for our 10th Birthday in 2018!
This all happened through our first decade until 2018 with all proceeds ($30,000) from events donated to local Not For Profits and our ongoing sponsorship of Yoga Tools For Schools Inc. (2011 -2018) – empowering educators and students with wellbeing tools to enhance self-care, improve focus, engagement and self-regulation.
Since 2019 we have continued to share a range of events to meet & connect. This includes Meet & Mingles, CommUNITY Chat Circles, cuppa connects and special events like Sundalah Sangha.
We hope you can join us!

Sundalah Sangha
“Thank you for this day! A beautiful way to spend a Sunday and end of the weekend! I feel lighter and recharged. The teachers did such a fantastic job!” ~ Lizzy
Sangha (pronounced Sunga) is a Sanskrit word which means ‘bring together’ and refers to a community of friends gathering to share positive connections in supportive and meaningful ways.
The essence of a sangha is awareness, understanding, acceptance, harmony and love.
~ Thich Nhat Hanh
