About
JASMINE HEALY-PAGÁN
BEd., ERYT 500, MBSR-T
Jasmine is known for her passion, enthusiasm and commitment to helping people lead radiant lives.
In 1995, Jasmine left Australia solo with a one-way ticket and this was when her intuition became the navigator of her life. Catching a bus to New York City after a summer camp contract was the start of a five year love affair with Manhattan. Jasmine was offered work and so began a powerful journey of manifestation to explore, learn and live the single life in NYC.
Jasmine moved from New York City to Massachusetts in 1999 and was offered work in Boston. Jasmine kindly declined and started a new business in Cape Cod which she sold prior to returning to Australia with her family in 2006.
As a teacher in many settings for over 30 years, Jasmine encourages personal growth through change, truth, and authentic connections to fuel positive pathways. In 1996, while Jasmine was living and working in New York City, the self-study system of Yoga, ‘repeatedly appeared’ for Jasmine to explore. After attending a range of yoga classes, that pivotal yoga experience happened in a class taught by Alan Finger at the Yoga Zone studio in Midtown Manhattan.
After many years of yoga practice, Jasmine completed her first Yoga Teacher Training in Boston in 2005. In 2007, Jasmine commenced training with Shiva Rea and became a certified Prana Vinyasa teacher in 2012. Jasmine’s ongoing yoga training and experience expands three decades with many senior teachers in the USA and India.
Jasmine’s love for supporting young people is why she offered an after school Kids Yoga Club for over a decade and has since founded the certified social enterprise Youth RESET – providing trauma-informed inclusive wellbeing programs and resources for youth and adults.
As a visionary and entrepreneur, since she was 19, Jasmine has created new businesses in Australia and while living in the USA.
As a writer and facilitator, Jasmine has written and shared health and wellness programs for all ages since 2007.
As a community activist, Jasmine created Sundalah in 2008 to help share positive community connections for people seeking health, wisdom and inspirational options in the Townsville region.
Jasmine’s love for commUNITY and positive change is why she created and managed large community events in Townsville for ten years. These events donated $30,000 for local not-for-profit organisations like Yoga Tools For Schools Inc. (2012 – 2018) – supporting educators and students with wellbeing tools to enhance teaching, learning and life.
As a truth seeker, Jasmine shares how a life with deeper awareness, meaning and service brings health, happiness and fulfilment.
‘Just because you’re good at something, doesn’t mean you’re meant to keep doing it! Tune in deeply, pause, breathe, feel, and pause again. Your heart knows the way.’ – Jasmine Healy-Pagán
