You are indeed carrying within yourself the potential to design, and to create an utterly satisfying,
joyful and pure lifestyle.

~ Rainer Maria Rilke

Jasmine Healy-Pagan  RYT. BEd.

Yoga is an ancient system of self-study for those of us who wish to live life feeling balanced, vibrant and
with peace. My love for Yoga began in 1997 when I was living and working in New York City. I believe
that yoga finds us when we are ready to learn more deeply about ourselves. Our commitment to our
yoga practice can change considerably from year to year. As our lives change, so does our yoga
journey. Many people have told me how they once tried yoga and that they didn't like it or that they just
couldn't do it. I too tried yoga many times before I found a style of yoga that suited my needs and then it
was years before I started to understand how yoga is a complete system for living. Like our favourite
tastes in a world full of variety, yoga also comes to us in a range of styles from a variety of teachers.
When we find a yoga teacher that connects with our needs, it is then that our amazing yoga journey
begins!
I wish for you to find teachers to inspire your journey and this is why I am working to build
a yoga community for you to learn of yoga teachers in your area. May you discover many connections
to bring you inspiration, awareness and balance throughout the year. ~ Namaste, Jasmine

About Jasmine...

A former competitive swimmer, teacher and fitness trainer, Jasmine was first drawn to Vinyasa Yoga for
its many physical benefits. After many years of intermittent yoga practice, and the birth of her second
daughter, Jasmine's desire to deepen her yoga understanding began in 2005 when she completed her
first Yoga Teacher Training in Boston, USA. Jasmine has also studied with many teachers at Kripalu
Center for Yoga and Health in Massachusetts. These teachers include Todd Norian (Anusara Yoga),
David Williams (Ashtanga Yoga) and Shakta Kaur Kalsa (Children's Yoga). Since 2007, Jasmine has been
training with Shiva Rea in India and in the USA. Jasmine's adult classes are a fluid blend of asana technique,
movement meditation and the living principles of yoga. Jasmine also teaches in a variety of educational
programs, schools and at festivals.

Testimonials

Yoga has enabled me to discover a better person within, and revealed resilience within me at a timewhen I felt that there could not possibly be any more. Yoga classes with Jasmine have provided me withnew skills to self-manage physical injury and to explore mental and emotional pain with new spirituality.Yoga, and specifically my lessons with Jasmine, have elevated my resilience to an empowering level and have assisted in setting me on the most exciting start that I have experienced in some years. Justwhen my friends and family thought that I could not possibly be any stronger or more positive
in themidst of tragedy, they admit that my new found love of yoga has done just that. Thank you Jasmine.   ~ Sharon Bown

Thank you for the inspiring workshop yesterday! I felt so incredible afterwards! Yoga is slowly changing my internal landscape. I’m looking forward to life even more as this new person that’s emerging.
I’m really the happiest I’ve been in my own skin for a long time as well as having the confidence to just ‘be me’. Also having the patience to enjoy the journey as it unfolds naturally and not be in a rush for an end result.  Although I have to admit that’s a work in progress!  My yoga lessons with you are so much more than going through asanas.  I see them as a gift of something that you love as well that goes way beyond just paying for a service.  I guess that’s why you’re so inspiring.  It’s amazing that I can look back on my early life now and let go of bitterness and regret by a change in perspective.
Thank you once again. I’m just so grateful that yoga has come into my life.  ~ Bron Mark
