Sunset Connects in the Sundalah House Courtyard

2nd Saturday of each month:     3-5pm

Join us each month in the Sundalah House Courtyard for
a healthy living presentation with afternoon tea.

Try a selection of Sundalah House products, meet positive
people and learn healthy new ways to live with balance and inspiration.


Cost: $10 ~ includes afternoon tea       
Space is limited / reservation & pre-payment required


I love the Sunset Connect sessions. I've had the privilege of listening to people who have 
some fascinating knowlege to share and it has opened my mind up to new ideas and things 
to try. The other people who come along are very supportive and friendly and Jasmine provides

Next Sunset Connect:     New Year Meditation Exploration   with  Jasmine Healy-Pagan

January 14th         


Our New Year Sunset Connect will outline the stages of meditation in the yoga tradition. As a collective we will explore a variety of meditation techniques and commence
a 15 day Meditation Sadhana. No prior meditation experience required. Please bring a pen and paper.

There will be no February Sunset Connect.
